The inclement weather yesterday didn’t stop my clients from making it in from the suburbs to view some of the stunning condos at The Heritage at Millennium Park in the heart of downtown Chicago.  Opened in 2004, The Heritage is located at 130 N. Garland Court (between Michigan Ave. and Wabash just north of Washington St.).  It is a 57-story high-rise and has 357 luxury units and penthouses.

The units that we visited at The Heritage at Millennium Park have protected views of Lake Michigan as well as Millennium and Grant Parks.  These views are protected by the Chicago Cultural Center, a low-rise which is an official City landmark.  In addition, may units have sweeping views of the magnificant Chicago skyline.

The Heritageoffers its residence best-in-class amenities including an indoor pool, cleaning service, on-site dry cleaners, whirlpool spa, exercise facilities, a dog run, and access to Chicago’s undeground Pedway.

Units currently on the market at The Hertiage range in price from $349,000 up to $1,600,000 with a penthouse condo listed for $4.1 million.  There are several rentals available from private owners with monthly rental ranging from $2200 up to $5000.

With Fall at its peak, yesterday was perfect for showings at two new condo developments in Lakeshore East—aka the new “East Side”.  In a city full of hidden gems, none are more impressive as the luxury condo homes at The Regatta  and The Chandler.  In addition to exquisite finishes in each unit, the views from the condos that we visited were amazing!   To the south,  the colorful Fall season over Millennium and Grant Parks.  To the north, sweeping views of the Gold Coast and Navy Pier.  To the west, the glorious Chicago skyline and to the east, never-ending lake views.

Our first stop was at The Chandler, located at 450 E. Waterside Drive and situated at  the mouth of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.  The Chandler is a 35-story high-rise with 304 luxury units.  It offers residents a home filled with convenience, enjoyment, and luxury.  Amenities include a rooftop indoor swimming pool, two outdoor decks, an outdoor hot-tub, media room, party room and fitness center.

With commanding views of the skyline and a brief stroll to all of the finest that Chicago has to offer, The Chandler residences are priced from $419,000 up to $1,500,000.

Today I had several showings at the 340 On The Park condominium in Lakeshore East or the new “East Side.”  340 On The Parkis located at 340 E. Randolph across from Millennium Park and steps from the Aon Center.
